1. No Refund Policy (Strict Policy)

All payments made for services provided by Ants Colony are non-refundable.

Once a service booking is confirmed, payment is completed, or work on a project has commenced, no refunds—partial or full—will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

 Change of mind by the client.

 Unused service hours or unused portions of a service package.

 Terminations initiated by the client prior to project completion.

 Delays or issues resulting from the client’s failure to provide required information, assets, or access.

2. Service Cancellation & Deposit Retention

 If you wish to cancel a booked service before work has started, payments made will not be refunded, but may be held as store credit or applied toward a future service at our sole discretion (if notified at least 24 hours in advance).

 Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service appointment will result in full forfeiture of the payment.

3. Rescheduling

 You may request to reschedule a service appointment free of charge by notifying us at least 24 hours before the original scheduled time.

 Rescheduling is subject to team availability.

4. Service Revisions & Quality Assurance

While payments are non-refundable, we are committed to client satisfaction. If the delivered service does not meet the agreed Scope of Work (SOW):

 Clients are entitled to a [3–7 day] revision period following project completion.

 Our team will make necessary adjustments and re-work the deliverable to ensure it aligns with the original agreed project parameters.

5. Privacy & Data Security

Your privacy and data security are of utmost importance to Ants Colony. Your use of this website and our services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
